We apologize if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and we value your satisfaction. 

To be eligible for store credit you must return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery and buyer MUST COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Love, Lori offers store credit only UNOPENED MERCHANDISE INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION. MERCHANDISE MUST SHOW NO SIGNS OF WEAR AND BE ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS & packaging. 

please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed and receive your store credit (if applicable).

Prior to sending any defective items, please email a picture and short description to gabriella@love-lori.com for initial inspection. You will be notified via email once your store credit is processed.

ITEMS MARKED as “SALE” ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 

LOVE, LORI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE ON ANY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION.
